I came in at 12pm. Didn't leave until 2:45 for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall. It was too long. There was a lapse of communication as to who was doing what. I inquired as to what was taking so long that's when I met Trevor. He immediately went to investigate. I had a medical appointment scheduled for 3pm. The work was a complimentary job. When the paper work got to the cashier she said $ 102. I asked what was it for. She just handed me the paper work to see for myself. I was tired and ready ...
