The 2027 model year is making itself known with the reintroduction of Trailhawk. This trim was first introduced back in 2013 and has always had a focus on providing true off-roading capabilities, no matter what. The goal with the 2027 iteration is to combine off-roading with comfort to ensure that no one ever has to compromise. Everything with Trailhawk starts with the all-new Hurricane 2.0-liter turbocharged engine, which can get you 332 pound-feet of torque and 324 horsepower. Other enhancements include a rear electronic limited-slip differential, a Selec-Terrain traction control system, six high-strength steel skid plates, an integrated TrailCam, a Quadra-Lift air suspension, and a Quadra-Tec II 4×4 system. Other perks worth mentioning include the best-in-class 6,200 pounds of towing capacity, a front fascia for approach angle improvement, and an added red tow hook.

The other returning trim for the 2027 model year is Overland. We want to state, for the record, that Overland is certainly no slouch when it comes to capability; there is just an added blend of refinement and amenities that takes this trim in a different direction than Trailhawk. Some of the most recognizable standard features here include painted black lower bodywork, 21-inch machine-faced wheels, Silver Silk exterior accents, Nappa leather upholstery, heated/ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, Satin Chrome accents, and bright tow hooks. You’ll also be getting semi-active damping, a class-exclusive Quadra-Lift air suspension, hill descent control, a 360-degree surround view camera, and Quadra-Trac II with a 2-speed transfer case.
