Sport
The Sport trim sets you up for your next project, or next adventure, with the standard powertrain for the lineup. This includes a 3.6-liter V6 rated at 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. This engine pairs with your choice of either the standard 6-speed manual transmission, or an available 8-speed automatic. The Sport has standard 4-wheel drive, 17-inch steel wheels, and a push-button ignition. You’ll also be able to enjoy a convertible roof, removable doors, and a fold-down windshield. Additional features include crank windows, an 8-speaker sound system, and a 7-inch Uconnect 4 touchscreen.

Overland
The Overland is up next, and it adds some comfort and convenience to the foundation set by the Sport trim. On the Overland, you’ll find features like power windows and door locks, 18-inch alloy wheels, tinted rear windows, and automatic headlights. Inside, the interior seats five passengers with a 60/40 split-folding rear-seat bench. There’s also an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a keyless entry system, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. On the dashboard, you’ll see an 8.4-inch Uconnect 4 touchscreen with integrated navigation, and there’s also a 9-speaker Alpine sound system for a high-quality listening experience.

Rubicon
The Rubicon takes a different approach than the other two trim levels we’ve discussed. With this model, you’ll find some off-road features that enhance the Gladiator’s athleticism, and provide it with the tools to explore rocky terrain. The Rubicon has an advanced Rock-Trac 4X4 system with up to an 84:1 crawl ratio, 33-inch all-terrain tires, steel underbody skid plates, and rock rails. It also comes with a disconnecting front sway bar for better articulation in your front wheels, while 2.0-inch FOX shock absorbers cushion the ride even on a rugged trail. In terms of appearance, the Rubicon features a bold hood decal for an overall sportier design than the previous two trims.

Mojave
The Mojave wraps up the Jeep Gladiator lineup for 2022! This trim level is similar to the Rubicon, but rather than being built for the rocks, the Mojave is built for the sand! It has a reinforced frame with a 1-inch front lift, and high clearance fender flares to help you glide across the surface of the sand. It also features all-terrain tires, FOX 1.5-inch internal bypass shocks, and a front hydraulic jounce bumper to dampen vibrations and reduce road noise. Inside, the Mojave has its name embroidered into the front seats, and the dashboard features beachy orange accents.
