The new generation of the Wagoneer lineup includes three models: Wagoneer, Grand Wagoneer, and Wagoneer S. Both the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer lineups include the Series I, Series II, Carbide, and Series III trim levels. 2024 Wagoneer Lineup Passenger and Cargo Space
Due to its impressive size, the Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer both offer mind-boggling space for both occupants and cargo. The Wagoneer comes standard with a 2+3+2 seating layout for seven occupants. Meanwhile, second-row captain’s chairs are optional, providing room for six with easier third-row access. with all three rows in the upright position, both the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer offer 27.4 cubic feet of cargo space. Meanwhile, with the second and third rows folded, both models offer 116.2 cubic feet of cargo volume. For passenger volume, both models offer 179 cubic feet. Introduced in 2023, the ‘L’ models appeared among the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer lineups. The Wagoneer L models add 12 inches to the overall length and 7 inches to the wheelbase. This added size translates into 42.1 cubic feet of cargo space, while 130.9 cubic feet is available with the second and third rows folded.
What Engines Are Available for the 2024 Wagoneer Lineup?
In 2024, the Wagoneer lineup comes with three different Powertrain options. the first comes standard under the hood of the Wagoneer. this one is the standard output Hurricane engine, which is a twin-turbocharged 3.0L straight-six engine. The new standard output hurricane engine delivers 420 horsepower and 468 lb-ft of torque. Meanwhile, the Grand Wagoneer comes with the high output variant of the same engine. The high-output variant pumps out 510 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque. Both models come equipped with a TorqueFlite 8-speed automatic transmission, which powers a rear-wheel drivetrain as standard equipment. Meanwhile, Quadra-Trac I, Quadra-Trac II, and Quadra-Drive II are available for varying levels of 4×4 capability. The final powertrain option is the all-new Wagoneer S. Jeep’s first-ever all-electric vehicle, the Wagoneer S, features one electric drive module (EDM) on each axle powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. With one EDM on each axle, the Wagoneer S offers full-time four-wheel drive performance. Furthermore, it offers an exhilarating 600 horsepower and 615 lb-ft of torque. This power delivers a 0-60 time of just 3.4 seconds! Plus, the Wagoneer S offers a driving range of up to 300 miles. All four-wheel drive Wagoneer variants come with Jeep’s exclusive Selec-Trac traction management system with Auto, Sport, Sand/Mud, Snow, and Rock modes to optimize performance on the selected terrain.
